All consultations are by telephone appointment only, Monday to Saturday.
Sophrology is not reimbursed by Social Security. However, more and more mutual insurance companies are reimbursing sophrology sessions.
The sessions
Individual session
8 to 12 sessions depending on needs - 1h | 50€ per session / 360€ for 8 sessions
Group Workshops
8 sessions (5 to 10 people) | €120 per person
Public or private?
At your initiative, group sessions can be organized at your workplace.
It's a great way to discover sophrology together and share a moment of relaxation, or to work on a problem common to the group.
