Sophrology session with Laure Garron

A classic session

  • An introductory discussion: The session always begins with a dialogue during which the objective of the session is established in agreement with you. - Relaxation exercises: The session continues with breathing and muscle relaxation techniques.
  • A time of positive visualization: Sophrology then invites you to a guided mental exploration using your own positive resources.
  • A post-session exchange: This is the last part of the session, a time for sharing feelings, adjusting future sessions and organizing the personal training to be followed until the next session.

More specifically, three types of tools are used during the session:

controlled breathing

muscle relaxation,

positive visualization.

Simple and easy to make

The exercises are simple and easy to do at home: the person becomes autonomous, as the sophrologist has given him or her the tools adapted to the problem.

No special clothing or accessories are required.

I will provide a digital copy of the sessions carried out together and ask my patient to practice as often as possible.
